Six respiratory pathogen nucleic acid test kit(Quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction melting curve method)

[Product Name] General Name: Six Respiratory Pathogen Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescent PCR Melting Curve Method)

[Packaging Specification] 48 tests/box

[Intended use] This test kit is used for qualitative detection of nucleic acids of novel coronavirus 2019 nCoV, influenza A virus, influenza B virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, and mycoplasma pneumoniae in human throat swab samples. This product cannot distinguish specific types of pathogens.

【 Testing Principle 】 This kit is based on the fluorescence PCR melting curve method. Specific primers and probes are designed for the conserved nucleic acid regions of six respiratory pathogens. After one-step RT-PCR amplification, melting curve analysis is performed. The rapid detection of respiratory pathogen nucleic acid in the sample is achieved based on the change in melting point after hybridization between the target sequence and the probe.
